funny thing, as a child growing up in france, le 'smoking' to me was the tailored beauty that yves saint laurent had perfected. when we moved to america, i would see these signs everywhere: "no smoking". for years, i wondered why america did not allow suits in those places.

Hahaha. Yeah I grew up in germany and they also use "smoking" when they are talking about a suit. Im a smoker, its so so bad for you. =(
